Nextaskpro LLC provides AI-powered business automation services, including but not limited to:
• Missed call text-back automation
• AI-driven SMS conversation management
• Lead capture and CRM integration
• Business communication workflow setup and management
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
If you create an account or engage our Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment and Billing
Paid Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. By providing payment information, you authorize Nextaskpro LLC to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy or required by law.
We may change our pricing at any time with at least 30 days’ prior written notice. Continued use of the Services after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services to:
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or communications that violate the TCPA or CAN-SPAM Act
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms.
6. SMS and Telecommunications Compliance
Our Services include SMS messaging capabilities. You agree to use SMS features only in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any applicable carrier guidelines. You are solely responsible for obtaining all required consents from recipients before sending messages through our platform.
You agree to honor all opt-out requests promptly and to maintain required records of consent. Nextaskpro LLC is not liable for your failure to comply with messaging laws.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within the Services — including text, graphics, logos, software, and workflows — is the property of Nextaskpro LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NEXTASKPRO LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXTASKPRO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NEXTASKPRO LLC IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nextaskpro LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13 of these Terms will survive termination.
12. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.nextaskpro.com/privacy. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in Los Angeles County, California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page or by other means. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
